This awning is fully retractable - so you can decide whether you want to let the sun in or not - and easy to install on concrete, brick, wood, vinyl, or aluminum (it usually takes less than 35 minutes to install one and you'll receive complete instructions with your package). Better yet, we've include all of the parts you'll need (except lead or concrete shields if needed), including our free retractable pulley. All you'll need is a screwdriver, drill, a pair of pliers, and a tape measure. That's all there is to it!
